Study On Measurement And Regional Comparison Of High Quality Development Of Logistics Park In China

Under the new era background of China's economic transition from the stage of high speed growth to the stage of high quality development,the traditional logistics industry can no longer adapt to the current environment.As a pillar industry of China's economy,it is in urgent need of transformation and upgrading,development of new models,and promotion of high-quality development of the logistics industry.As an indispensable part of the logistics industry,logistics parks contribute a great deal to the development of the logistics industry.Logistics park development determines the logistics industry and the development of the economy,so we must adopt scientific and effective evaluation method and objective comprehensive index system,to measure the high quality of the logistics park development,in order to better measure and planning for the development of the logistics park,will give the logistics industry and bring good economic and social information.Therefore,this paper discusses how to realize the high quality development of logistics park and how to establish a scientific and objective evaluation index system for the high quality development of logistics park.To establish a set of objective standard evaluation index system for the high-quality development of logistics parks,it is necessary to have an objective cognition of the connotation of high-quality development of logistics parks.However,the current literature on the high-quality development of logistics parks is very scarce,so this paper first carries out a theoretical analysis of the meaning of the high-quality development of the economy and logistics industry,and summarizes the connotation of the high-quality development of logistics parks on the basis of reading the previous research literature and the provisions issued by the government.This paper holds that the high quality development of logistics park should start from the five aspects of service quality,economic benefit,innovation ability,green development and collaborative ability,so as to realize the intensive development of content to meet the needs of people's better life.Then,this paper sorts out the evaluation indicators of the high quality development of the logistics park from the above five aspects,selects the indicators and uses principal component analysis to screen out the final evaluation index system.Then,a total of 20 excellent logistics parks in the east,central,west and northeast were selected,and the projection pursuit model based on accelerated genetic algorithm was used to measure the high quality development level of logistics parks in China,and the weight and comprehensive index of each index were calculated.Finally,through comparative analysis of the comprehensive index and sub-index of the four regions,this paper draws a conclusion: the index level is consistent with the overall economic and social cognition,only the eastern region is above the average index,and the regional gap between innovation ability and green development index is the largest;And the gap between the economic efficiency index and the regions is relatively small.This shows that the western region has not begun to pay attention to high-quality development and only pursues economic benefits in the short term,but in the long run,economic benefits will gradually decline.Through the above analysis,this paper finally put forward five suggestions to promote the high quality development of logistics park.
