The number of automobile is increasing rapidly as the national economy develops.As a result,it brings the parking problem.In order to make full use of land resources and increase the number of parking per unit area to solve the problem of parking effectively,our country advocate to build stereo garage.Slaneway-stow-typed automatic 3D-Park was widely applied to large and medium-sized cities at home and abroad as it has lots of parking spaces,high safety and reliability advantages.Single axis lift trolley carrier pushing and pulling the moving vehicle by lifting the rear wheel of the vehicle.Using single axis lift trolley in slaneway-stow-typed automatic 3D-Park can save more energy consumption and time.Thereby reducing the prices and operating costs of the stereo garage.So it is easy to promote the application of slaneway-stow-typed automatic 3D-Park.In this paper,single axis lift trolley is applied to slaneway-stow-typed automatic 3D-Park.Slaneway-stow-typed automatic 3D-Park based on the single axis lift trolley is analysed and designed.Then the control scheme of slaneway-stow-typed automatic 3D-Park were studied.The garage control system is divided into host computer monitoring system and substructure control system.The lower computer use Siemens S7-300 PLC,we design the control program of the lower computer by using Step 7.The Wincc configuration software is adopted to build up the monitoring system of the host computer,and the man-machine interface of the monitoring system of the garage is designed.This paper focuses on the wireless communication of single axis lift trolley.After research on communicaton technology of the stereo garage,we design a wireless communication module of Profibus based on wireless repeater.The hardware and software of the wireless communication module of Profibus are designed.The PIC microcontroller was used as the controller of single axis lift trolley.In order to achieve the communication between the PIC microcontroller and the PLC,a wireless communication scheme is proposed by using the wireless communication module of Profibus.The PLC use Profibus communication protocol and the PIC microcontroller use Modbus-RTU communication protocol.The communication of PIC microcontroller and PLC via Profibus to Modbus communication protocol bus bridge.The bus bridge and PLC was connected by the wireless communication module of Profibus.Finally,we complete the configuration of the communication system in the Step 7,and achieve wireless communications between the controller of single axis lift trolley and PLC.
