Along with the rural industrial development by leaps and bounds, at the county level urban in China power demand grows day by day.so, The county level Substation automation information management methods is one of the hot topics in the our country electric power industry study at present.This paper according the domestic and international research status on the county level transformer substation information management, From the information science and humanized management perspective based on communication network SCAD A system of substation integrated information management system study on the key technology and the realization method. First of all, in accordance with the information flow studies the information acquisition terminal acquisition system design method based on the theory research of SCADA system, communication network substation integrated information management system of the key technology and the realization method. Secondly analyzes the information transmission system of communication topology structure and design method. Then discusses the information to the center of the master station at or above the county level analysis and processing methods and humanized display design. Finally, the system design of the simulation realization process.The results of the study show that:(1)This paper describes the set of electrical parameters of AC sampling system is the use of TMS320VC33type high speed digital signal processor (DSP) and two pieces of16bit high speed A/D converter ADS8364fast, accurate acquisition and calculation of various electrical parameters.(2) SCADA control system from information transmission, processing to realize the whole process of the reliability of the power system to meet to meet, real time and accuracy demand, and realize the system configurability, expansibility and maintainability of new breakthroughs.(3) This article improves the county substation system informatization and human development direction by development modes base SCADA system which integrates cvisualization technology, fault wave record and protection management system, remote control and programmed control.
