Along with the rural industrial development by leaps and bounds, at the county level urban in China power demand grows day by day.so, The county level Substation automation information management methods is one of the hot topics in the our country electric power industry study at present.This paper according the domestic and international research status on the county level transformer substation information management, From the information science and humanized management perspective based on communication network SCAD A system of substation integrated information management system study on the key technology and the realization method. First of all, in accordance with the information flow studies the information acquisition terminal acquisition system design method based on the theory research of SCADA system, communication network substation integrated information management system of the key technology and the realization method.
