To realize industrial control informative, effective and economical operation need to gain large amount of equipment information. As the technology develops, wireless sensor network has become more and more mature, combine wireless network with traditional wired network in industry effectively, to realize all-round monitoring of the industrial system, which has important reality and economy significance.ZigBee is a wireless communication technology, which is low-cost, low-power, short-range and reliability. It is the best choice of technology platform to build wireless sensor network. The article analyzes the detail requirements of the power plant monitoring system, combine wireless technology with the traditional industrial control system and designed a wireless control system which is applicable to sequence control system. The design is valuable in the application of the wireless sensor network in traditional cable industrial system. The main structure of the thesis is as follows:1、Investigate and study the wireless sensor network and ZigBee. Introduce the organization structure, characteristic and application of the WSN, and then discuss the key technology of ZigBee.2、Propose principles in the system design and expound the application of WSN in industrial automation. The dissertation designed the structure of wireless control system on the base of the ultra filtration system.3、Study the ZigBee hardware solution and protocol chip, select the JN5148chip to design the state acquisition module and control module. Proposed methods to reduce the power consumption of the module and improve the reliability.4、Set up a testing platform, the experiment of the network the functional test and power consumption analyze. System has been testing in the chemical water treatment plant. The results show that:the designed wireless control system is reliable, the state acquisition module can run in a long time, and the system can finish basic control task.
