Plastic windows have been widely used because of the advantages of energy saving andlong service life and soon. The production process of plastic windows is a typical orders driveproduction model.Cause of the scale of the construction projects are larger and larger,and thesame is true for plastic windows production orders.In our country plastic windowsmanufacturing enterprises are mainly smes,most of the those enterprises are difficult to meetthe demand of a high-volume production order in a short time.Therefore,to seek cooperationbetween enterprises has become a new way for development of enterprises.Due to construction error, product specifications of plastic windows showed changeablestate.The modern enterprises propose the idea of according to the window sizes to makecertain products. Thus each product specifications are different, that cause a hight complexityfor production orders. Most of plastic windows manufacturing enterprises laking the ability ofmanagement products with different specifications,that will cause confusion in the productionand installation,the quality of the products and installation can not meet the demand oforders.The Radio Frequency Identification technology can meet the demand of a singleproduct identification very well.The main purpose of the paper is to establish a collaborative manufacturing system basedon regional information used for plastic windows. Countering the demands in thecollaborative manufacturing production of plastic windows,a collaborative manufacturingsystem is studied and developed.(1).Establishment of the collaborative manufacturingdatabase, which including regional information, used for plastic windows manufacturing.Regional information including manufacturing resource information(divided into equipmentinformation and profile information),process capability information,Order information andlocation information ect.Through functions of profile definition, equipment definition andorder definition, realized informations collection,and established of the collaborativemanufacturing information database used for plastic windows manufacturing.(2)Optimalallocation of resources in collaborative manufacturing. According to the characteristics of theproduction of plastic windows, proposed process division method for the collaborativemanufacture., then with the minimality of total production time (including processing time and transport time between enterprises), total cost (including processing cost and transportcost between enterprises)and production efficiency as the planning objectives,established aoptimization model, and genetic algorithm is applied to solve the problem.(3)In connectionwith production and installation of products with different specifications,put forward themethod of tracking products with RFID technology,raised the concept of tracking BOM.Using EPC coding technology, from the points of production process control and accurateinstallation positioning, made two kinds of information coding scheme,selectedUHFREADER18RF reader to realize the function of information read andwrite.(4)Constructed system architecture.Analysis of the operation process of thesystem,designed the regional information support system for plastic windows collaborativemanufacturing,The function of the system includes:plastic windows of collaborativemanufacturing regional information collection, production planning, production of plasticwindows product definition, implementation etc.With the Pycharm platform, usingpython+javascript language and PostgreSQL database to establish the system.
