Tobacco logistics system,which combined of agriculture and electrical technology,is a management system of modern agriculture production. The tobacco industry has the characteristics of large material multi,transport links, auto-procession, and high degree of flexibility.In production and storage workshop of tobacco, transport materials mainly include AGV (Automated Guided Vehicle) and RGV (Rail Guided Vehicle).Because of its excellent,RGV logistics industry occupies a huge market share, and it has become an indispensable part of transport equipment of tobacco logistics system. Currently, the reciprocating type and shuttle ring have become widespread used, but there transmission capacity is limited and would cause traffic congestion.In this article,the turnout automatic control system used a distributed control system based on Siemens PLC,and it was unlike traditional way to direct control by PLC.It combined with DKZ (data concentrator module) control technology,and the DKZcontrol systemcould fix position, control speed snd set the pitch.The signals of Straight and curve rail were collected by the PLC.According to the RGV path planning of the scheduling system, if the current status was different from the path planning,the motor runned.At the same time,the RGV slowed down to the "judge segmenf" quickly and check the current status of turnout again. If the turnout did not pull the rails in place, then the RGVstopped and waited. When it pulled the rail in place,the turnout motors stopped,and the RGV run immediately. Short Straight rail and Short curve rail were used to guide the RGV.When the current status is same with the path planning,RGV passed the turnout normally.This paper first researched the electromechanical systems and designed the overall system design of the turnout, as well as a set of turnout.Next,the circuit schematic were designed. The control cabinet and peripheral equipment were installed and wired. The master station and slave station based on Profibus-DP bus technology were researched.The hardware of this system and software were designed through STEP7, and the monitor screen were developed through the WinCC flexible.Finally the equipment was tested,and improvement or suggestions were given in the test.Practice proved that the system runs stable by the control of PLC and DKZ, and it is able to switch accurately, and the intelligences automation and digitization of the RGV turnouts system can be achieved.The system can be applied not only in tobacco logistics systems, but also in the field of other logistics systems.
