The control circuit of turnout is the control unit of the switch of the turnout,its main function is to control the switch machine according to the action orders of the duty officer,so as to realize the conversion of the turnout position,at the same time,the position of the turnout is supervised.to ensure the normal operation of the train line to line.In order to meet the needs of fast debugging and fault diagnosis for the control circuit of the turnout in the construction of the new line,the existing line transformation,the replacement of the equipment and the periodic overhaul.At the same time,according to the working characteristics of the switch control circuit in our country and the working principle of the traditional 6502 electric centralized control circuit,a kind of intelligent analyzer for the control circuit of the switch is designed and designed.A series of integrated modules are embedded in the analyzer to not only diagnose faults in the control circuit of the indoor switch but also to diagnose faults in the circuit of the outdoor switch and to give possible fault causes and fault locations based on the diagnosis results.The thesis mainly introduces the research and design of the analog module of the switch machine,and the realization of the fault diagnosis method for the four/six-wire system control circuit of turnout in the room.Firstly,it introduces the significance of the research background and the research status at home and abroad in this field.The working principle of the control circuit of the turnout is analyzed in detail,and makes a detailed analysis of the working principle of the control circuit of the turnout,it should have on-line analysis function,analog function of switch machine,off-line drive function,display storage function and so on.This thesis focuses on the functional requirements of the switch machine simulation module.Secondly,the hardware circuit design of the specific function of the switcher analog module and the implementation method and process of the software program writing are introduced in detail.The design of hardware circuits and software programs are designed by modular design method respectively.Subsequently,the sub modules are tested and optimized.Finally,the sub module is integrated and implemented in the joint debugging test.This design method is conducive to the improvement and optimization of hardware circuit and software program later.Nextly,the key of this thesis is to diagnose the fault of the control circuit of the indoor turnout.The switch machine simulation module is used to collect the output voltage of the control circuit of the indoor turnout and draw the voltage change curve.According to the changing characteristics of voltage curves under different modes,matching and recognition is made by means of fuzzy pattern recognition theory and fault modes in fault database,so as to achieve the purpose of fault diagnosis.This method can accurately identify the fault of thecontrol circuit of the indoor turnout through the case analysis under the condition of normal state and failure.Finally,according to the test results,the switch machine module simulation module has achieved the initial design requirements,and at the same time,the rail switch control circuit intelligent analyzer can perform the desired functions better.The module can not only identify and simulate the action command of the indoor rail switch control circuit and the detection of the rail switch indication state,but also can better diagnose the failure of the control circuit for indoor turnout.The other sub modules in the analyzer can also perform their own functions well to achieve the original design goals.The analyzer has the advantages of small volume,low power consumption,convenient carrying,excellent performance and good versatility,can assist the railway staff to check whether the cable connection between the indoor switch control circuit and the outside switch circuit is correct and diagnostic rail switch control circuit faults,it can greatly improve the speed of troubleshooting,and improve work efficiency.
