The Research On Improvement Of Quality Information Management System Of Xun Ke Company

The rapid development of global economic integration, make the competitionbetween the enterprises tend to white-hot. How to stay in the competition, and evenincrease its advantages, the implementation of ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning,abbreviation) is the Enterprise must choose a road. XunKe, therefore, the companyestablished the information management technology become the target of enterprisecompetitiveness. Under the goal of traction, XunKe Company has set up and uses theEKP (Enterprise Knowledge Portal) system, ERP-U8system and PLM (ProductLifecycle Management) system. Because the particularity of quality inspection inXunKe company, the quality information management system can’t import to thewhole ERP system.Based on this, in combination with the practical situation of XunKe Company, wehave analyzed carefully the quality management of the status quo, the informationsystem of the status quo and the quality information management system of the statusquo. On the basis of the analysis, we put forward improvement requirements ofquality information management system. We have imported the raw materialinspection information management to the ERP-U8system. At the same time, wehave designed a Progress Tracking Management system. It have realized theautomation of data collection and statistics, met the process inspection and thefinished product inspection control requirements of quality information, remedied thedeficiency of the general modular of ERP. Finally, we have used IT technology to jointhe two systems, and realized the data interchange and sharing. We have used the KPIand the methods of project management in the process of improvement.This study have improved the work efficiency, insured the security of quality data,perfected the ERP system and assured the XunKe company’s continuous improvement.This study can help the enterprises, especially in vitro diagnostic reagents enterprise,which will establish and implement the quality information management system, tounderstand the actual problems and difficulties. It has reference significance, whowill improve the quality management information system, even the ERP system.
