Research On The Company News Report Strategy

In the economic development,the company is the main support.With the continuous improvement of China's market economy system,the company has become an important hub for consumers and investors to connect with the capital market,and the company news has increasingly become the mainstream theme of financial media.Domestic mainstream financial media,such as financial magazine,21 st century economic report,China business daily,first financial daily and so on,have set up special pages or special magazines of industrial companies,taking the company's news reports as news products competing for the audience's attention.Therefore,it is the only way to improve the competitiveness of financial media to explore the innovative strategies of the company's news reports.In this paper,the 21 st century economic report "Industrial Company" version of the company news as the research object,using literature research,content analysis and case study method to carry out research.The paper is divided into four parts.The first chapter summarizes the company news reporting object,characteristics and the relationship between the company news,finance and industry news.The second chapter introduces the concept of 21 st century economic report,audience positioning and the general situation of "Industrial Company" edition,and analyzes the characteristics of "Industrial Company" edition of "21st century economic report" in terms of topic selection source,report field,report subject and report tendency.The third chapter,based on the previous research findings,puts forward the problems that need to be improved in the 21 st century economic report's "Industrial Company" version of company news.Finally,the fourth chapter summarizes the innovation strategy of the company's news report based on the results of content analysis and its own reporting experience.Based on the above research,this paper holds that the topics of "Industrial Company" edition of "21st century economic report" are mostly selected from company announcements and media interviews,with the majority of neutral reports and positive reports,which tend to be good for the company;in the field of reporting,it focuses on hot sectors such as optional consumption,financial real estate,information technology,etc.,and focuses on leading companies;in the subject matter of reporting,it conforms to the "new normal" of the economy The company's development concept focuses on the industry frontier dynamics and the company's strategic transformation.However,in the 21 st century economic report,"Industrial Company" version of company news,there are too many topic selection sources,which rely on the "passive" topic provided by the company;the content of the report is light,which lacks the analysis of the dimensions of corporate governance;the cohesion between the company news and social hot spots is not strong;the report has a certain tendency,and the perspective of interest is inclined to the enterprise;the risk early warning is insufficient,The sense of foresight needs to be strengthened.Therefore,this paper proposes to expand the channel of topic selection,adopt the method of diachronic research and cross-sectional research to skillfully build the "financial database";broaden the subject matter of the company's news report,explore the news from the perspective of corporate governance,and practice the idea of "financial news socialization,social news economy" to enrich the perspective and content of the report.In addition,the company news should also take investors as the core organization to report,take the interests of the audience as the reporting foothold,connect the financial community and meet the needs of users.Finally,we should use multi-dimensional perspective to practice the "effective information view",build a micro to macro framework system,and highlight the forward-looking and problem awareness of the report.
