Analysis And Design Of MSH Company Human Resource Mangement System

Human resource management system (HRMS) is an information system which canmake human resource management efficient. Based on the theory of human resourcemanagement and with the support of modern network technology, it can complete mostof the repetition and non-core trivial manual work with standardized and efficientelectronic business processes so that human resource management can focus onstrategical management instead of traditional low-valued manual work. This paperstudied HRMS and its development technology, then analyzed and designed the HRMSfor MSH Company.This paper firstly studied the status quo on human resource management, theconnotation, development and role of HRMS, and analyzed the relative technology ofHRMS as well; secondly, it introduced the status and problems of human resourcemanagement in MSH Company, and analyzed the needs and feasibility of HRMS inMSH Company based on in-depth research; thirdly, it introduced the HRMS in MSHCompany through the architecture, features of technical architecture and system designprograms; in the end, this paper analyzed the function realization of HRMS in MSHCompany from the aspects of base layer, business layer, management, self-serviceplatform and data interface layer.The HRMS designed by the author has been successfully operated and achievedexpected target. Through the development and application of HRMS, MSH Companyhas optimized human resources management business processes, further improved theefficiency of human resource management; at the same time, it has established andimproved a sound human resources management system, making the human resourcemanagement systematic, scientific and informatization. It can play certain reference rolein the development and design of human resource management system in the enterprisesof communications.
