Multinational Intra-group Transactions In The Erp Application Analysis And Design

As the implementation in enterprises, more and more companies have their own information technology system. The enterprise's ability of management has been promoted by the system. However, along with the development of enterprise, especially the globalization of manufactory, there are several weaknesses in recent system. Low integration, weak function, bad communication between systems and high maintenance cost make the system become the burden of enterprises. To solve these problems, the group company decided to implement a new ERP system.There are six chapters in the article whose content is analyses and design of the inter-company sales business in ERP system. First of all, the current situation and business flow of the group company are described. Since the real business processes are analyzed and the scenarios which are referenced and improved, a new suitable scenario of the company is designed which is based on the EDI interface. For the better efficiency of the ERP system, the SAP IDoc interface is used to integrate all models. Further more, the functions of unit models such as the management of sales orders and purchase order, management of goods issue, goods receive and the function of account auto determination are designed. Finally, the weakness and the gains in the implementation are pointed out in the last chapter.
