The Design And Implementation Of The Enterprise Eneral Ledger System Based On ERP System For ShanDong Rural Credit

According to the development of information construction in bank system, a detailed design of Enterprise General Ledger System based on ERP is implemented with the state of financial management system in Rural Credit Cooperative of Shandong. The target of design includes that the information and function of existing system should be integrated in new system, and the scale of service should be enlarged, and the new core system should be established to supply better service to users.In this paper, the concept of ERP is introduced and the application state is analyzed. Based on the thought of ERP, and using the technologies including of United Modeling Language and J2EE structures, the content of developing system would be divided to several parts as demand-analysis, preliminary design, detail design, system implementation, deployment and testing according to the idea of software engineering. And the advantages of this paper would be analyzed as follows:In terms of implementation the function of system, by detailed and full demand analysis, the needs of timely, accurate, comprehensive disclosure of financial information, regulate financial resources business process, reduce operation risk and improve internal control and internal management level has been better met. And the construction of enterprise general ledger system (hereinafter referred to as general ledger system) of rural credit cooperatives is as well as the construction of the new generation core business system (hereinafter referred to as the core business system) in Shandong province. On one hand, the general ledger system of ’an account book’ in Shandong Province Rural Credit Cooperatives can be responsible for accounts payable management, expense accounting management, fixed assets management and period accounting management including day, month and year. On the other hand, accounting information of the core business system is transmitted to the general ledger system through the interface file, and is summarized in the general ledger system so that the core business system is no longer responsible for general ledger management of all the subjects. The general ledger system complete the whole business data processing and generation of all kinds of financial statements which meets the needs of external information disclosure and internal analysis of data mining after data concentration of the whole rural credit cooperative.In terms of system developed technology, JCA is used to integrate the functions of existing systems which would improve coefficient of utilization of existing system and reduce the redundancy of information and avoid the duplicate development. The application functions of system are developed by the technology of Spring with the Structs Structure and different client modes are designed according to different applications. So it has the advantages as the balance of information security with the distribution of application would be ensured, and the enterprise middleware supported by application server has been fully used which would much reduce the work of developing and improve the standard of encoding and have the good flexibility of extension. And using Hibernate to build the bridge between database servers with application servers would reduce the cost of communication and improve the maintainability of system and have good performance of distribution. The system would be deployed in clustering mode and the middleware would be answer to manage the problem of loading balance which would highly improve the ability of system loading and fault tolerance, and improve the flexibility in scale.
