With the development of the Internet, smart phones system and mobile communication technology,mobile Internet is developing rapidly. Meanwhile, as the APP developed on the basis of mobile Internetreplaces the traditional application software, mobile Internet has been more and more accepted and used.On the basis of in-depth study on the Android system architecture, its multimedia developmentframework and sensor module, this paper will build a remote monitoring and control system based onAndroid system.In the topic of study on remote monitoring and control system based on Android system, the mainresearch is the Android system, which has a relatively large influence in the current smartphone operatingsystem. On the basis of in-depth study of positioning, sensors, video codec and other core module functionsof the Android system, the paper mainly includes the video codec algorithm, localization algorithm,intelligent data analysis and processing algorithms, and geo-fencing algorithms, and so on. The concreteresearch content and innovation points include the following aspects:I. In the aspect of the relevant implementation to position, adopt the strategy of combination ofmultiple positioning methods, which not only will improve the positioning accuracy, but also will optimizethe user experience. For positioning module, we do a lot of work to optimize, in order that differentmodules in the system adopt a positioning module so that it will not open multiple simultaneously andrepeatedly. Meanwhile, for the positioning time, adopt a series of optimization algorithm and intelligentcomputing, in order that position when users need so that minimize the frequency and duration ofpositioning.II. In the aspect of remote monitoring module, we achieve the combination of passive monitoring andactive steering warning from the conventional passive monitoring, adopt a consistency of approach of thecombination of passive collection of early warning of environmental sensor in sensor module and activewarning by shaking. That way greatly enhances timeliness, initiative, and early warning of the monitoring.Meanwhile, intelligent analysis and processing to the original data collected by sensors greatly improvesthe accuracy of the data collected.III. Traditional monitoring and control systems only monitor video, pictures. However, in the era ofmobile Internet, flow consumption is a bottleneck, and the way of real-time monitoring of video is notsuitable for Android-based remote monitoring and control systems as it consumes huge flow and will beaffected by the mobile speed. This system will achieve full control, including monitoring video,environmental information, and location information, and the way of users sending text messages to thedesignated mobile phone number center can achieve active monitoring early warning function, without anetwork connection.IV. The new way of geo-fencing and virtual fence positioning information can achieve the full range ofmonitoring and control of the location, trigger geo-fencing event and actively send messages without flowconsumption, and the server can control the phone number you want to send at all times.
