The Construction Of The Based Environment And Study Of The Search Module Of Cloud Manufacturing Service Platform

With the rapid development of a new generation of information technology, themanufacturing industry of our country has developed from traditional manufacturing to a newmodel of an informational manufacturing. Service, scientific manufacturing is got moreattention by manufacturing enterprises, on the basis of the original manufacturing model,integrating manufacturing resource synergy, recycling, saving environmental protection is anew trend in the development of the manufacturing enterprise information today. It is an urgentproblem of the manufacturing industry of our country that how to establish a sound serviceplatform, integrate social resources, improve the utilization rate of resources, enhance thecompetitiveness of enterprises, improve the economic benefits."Cloud manufacturing" modelprovides a good theoretical basis for the development of manufacturing information of ourcountry. Domestic and foreign experts and scholars have set to study "Cloud manufacturing",however, because "Cloud manufacturing" is still the emerging concepts, a lot of theory is notmature, the construction of the platform is not perfect, there are still some problems to beurgently needed to solve and perfect.In this paper, the problem encountered by small and medium manufacturing enterprises inthe development of information technology has been studied and analyzed the demand. Basedon the concept of cloud manufacturing puts forward the cloud manufacturing service mode andsystem of small and medium-sized enterprises build the basic environment of cloud platformand perfect the function of the search module. The concrete research contents include thefollowing aspects:1.Research status and development trend of the informatization of manufacturing industryrelated field is analyzed, and the characteristic and the present research situation, the concept ofcloud manufacturing are analyzed and summarized.2.Analyzed the current situation of the development of small and medium-sized enterpriseinformatization and its demand, put forward on the basis of cloud manufacturing mode to solvethe problem, designed cloud manufacturing service platform architecture for small and medium-sized enterprise, and analyzes the cloud platform service mode. 3.With the Apache server, PHP scripting language, MySQL database as the carrierdesigning the underlying structure of cloud manufacturing service platform and with model,view, the MVC framework as its software structure of the controller to establish a database,design and build the page structure. Eventually set up a based environment of cloudmanufacturing platform, and the effectiveness of the platform is verified by practice.4.Using the reverse maximum matching method and hash dictionary to implement Chineseword segmentation system through through the analysis and design of the search modulefunction and main process of the cloud platform. Using SQL language and sorting algorithms todesign retriever. Finally the user interface is designed and the search module is optimized,realizing search function of the platform.
