Since the21st century, as the competition of global market economy gettingincreasingly fierce, one-piece discrete enterprises are facing with the transformation oforder-oriented, small amount, multispecies and high quality. One-piece discreteproduction has some features such as complex product structure, strong relevance inthe manufacturing process, complicated and variable production environment anddifficult to organize production, which determines the production schedule has thecharacteristics of complexity, dependence, uncertainty, and is significantly differentfrom other types of enterprises, the job scheduling optimization problem has beenrecognized as the most difficult NP-Hard problem in the world. Lean logisticsemphasis on demand-oriented, punctual, accurate, coordinated, continual improvementand no waste. So, it is very important to take the lean logistics as the guiding ideology,study the optimization of one-piece discrete production job schedule and ensure theoperation of whole enterprise to be efficient, low-cost and high-quality.The topic took a typical one-piece discrete heavy machinery enterprise as theresearch object, through on-the-spot investigation, the problems existed in theenterprise’s production scheduling was analyzed, characteristics of the productionscheduling and the necessity of production scheduling optimization was expounded;and the production scheduling optimization goal which based on the lean logistics wasproposed. In view of the multiobjective optimization problems of the quality, deliveryand cost, this paper used the modified taguchi quality loss function, established thenon-linear relation between the quality, delivery time and cost,constructed theproduction schedule multi-objective collaborative optimization model of quality,delivery time and cost which considerd the timing constraints, equipment constraints,and uncertainty factors. In order to designe the solution algorithm of model, simulation and genetic algorithm had been integrated.At last, this paper combinedwith enterprise example and the validity of the model and algorithm had been verified.In this paper, we studied the production scheduling optimization method of one-piece discrete which is a method of coordination optimization of multi-objective, Inview of the result of example verification, the efficiency and the scientificity of thescheduling was improved, the cost of the enterprise was greatly reduced,and it provedthat the optimization method has certain theoretical significance and practical value tocope with the production scheduling problem of heavy machinery enterprise.
