Based On Android Smartphones Remote Monitoring System Research

Remote monitoring system based on android smartphones can look into the real-timeremote monitoring picture,and provide more services and more convenient for the people’sdaily life. The system based on android smartphone operating system platform and embeddedsystem platform by virtue of the technical advantages can be widely used, which is one of thecurrent research trends.The paper elaborates the overall systerm design, analyzes the main problems involved inthe system and puts forward the main problems of the remote monitoring system based onandroid smartphone: the design of the human-computer interaction interface, videoacquisition and transmission, wireless data transmission, system transplantation,which areregarded as research focuses for the design of the whole system.This system can be divided into three parts: video acquisition and processing modulecomposed of the cameras and related processors, video accepted module based on androidsmartphone platform for mobile terminal and wireless video network transmissionmodule.Video information collected by the camera was processed and coded by the processor,and then viedo information was transmited to the network through the server, mobile terminaldevice opens the application in order to view the video information accessed by thenetwork,and controls the rotation of the camera through the user interface.The system hardware solution regarded samsung S3C6410ARM processor as the core ofthe development platform and designed the peripheral circuit module according to the actualneeds. Hardware solution provided a comprehensive solution, which fully meet the actualneeds. The paper built software development environment with the core of the android withsuitable embedded operating system platform and expounded the android operating systemmigration process.It designed the overall architecture of the video monitoring, whichconstructed mobile video monitoring platform by V4L2video extraction technology, and implemented the intelligent mobile terminal remoting access system.Finally, test the whole system,amend and improve system performance in view of theexisting problems,thus the system has been verified in certain practical and economic value.
