Development And Application Of Embedded Video Monitoring System Based On Mobile Terminal

Highly evaluation of information and technology make device miniaturization become an inevitable trend; with the change of social attitudes gradually added information security and real-time communication quality as principle. Traditional video surveillance system has been unable to meet people’s living needs; we urgently need to design a portable and high security video surveillance system which can be observed at any time.This project means to design a real-time video surveillance embedded system using Android phones with USB2.0encryption chip. This chip is designed to improve the security of the data during transmission. The project mainly focusing on the following tasks:Firstly, establish Android client communication mechanism; Secondly, integrate data reception and encrypted transport and complete data encryption with the AES encryption algorithm; Thirdly, build a cross-compiler environment, transplant the cropped kernel and load functions hardware; Fourth, take advantage of V4L correlation function to capture video images; Fifth, take advantage of wireless transmission module based on C/S system model to realize the wireless transmission between client and service; Finally, test the functions of the system.This thesis is designed to use video surveillance system,of which client is based on Android4.0version, the results show:the encrypted data in a mobile terminal decrypt safe; during data transmission without dropped frames, high stability; using the phone as a terminal, high-performance mobile. These results indicate that the system can make up the deficiencies of the traditional video surveillance system. Due to the characteristics of the open-source Linux system, the subject has space for expansion.
