The rapid development of Embedded Technology provides strong technical support for the application of a wide range of embedded applications. In recent years, Real-time embedded system technology has been being widely used in a wide range of fields, and especially thanks to the emersion and promotion of the Internet of Things the research and development of Embedded Technology has become the hotspot for current computer application. The flight sensor networks is currently a hot research topic, the flight sensor networks includes wireless sensor networks and flying robots.This thesis developes a flight sensor network system based on ARM embedded technology and Android smart phone technology and implements of the video transmission system. The system includes sensor network system based on embedded ARM development board flight with the ground controller and ground controller in this project based on the Android smart phone system development. Integrated in the the flight sensor network system has a large number of various types of sensors on the aircraft attitude, position and flight status acquisition, wherein the video sensor system is mainly to achieve the search on the monitoring target is a major component in the flight sensor network is also the largest part of the amount of data transferred. In this thesis, mainly achievement the flight sensor network video data acquisition, compression processing and the ground controller Android smartphone platform data transmission and processing.Mainly research on the video transmission processes and core technology. Design and implement a set of video capture, video processing, and video transmission as one of the remote video transmission, processing system. This system utilizes the ARM Embedded Systems acquisition camera to capture video data compression encoding, and improve the efficiency of the video transmission. Android smartphone client to receive and process video data, and remote control of airborne embedded systems.The main work of this thesis is to develop programming for embedded devices and smart phones, to build development environment of the ARM embedded and Android smartphone. Design and implement video capture, video transmission and processing of video playback, remote control functions. At last, make detailed system testing and analysis, and results show that the system developed in this thesis has achieved the desired goal, and can be put into use.
