The Design And Implementation Of The Smart Enterprise Personnel And Management System Based On.NET

Whether in the big enterprises, or in the small and medium-sized enterprises which wewill discuss, the personnel affairs are extremely important. If its efficiency can be improved, itwill play an immeasurable role for the whole enterprises’ operation and development. Theglobal economic integration is developing more and more quickly, as the necessity of theenterprise development, in order to keep up with the development of global integration, thedevelopment of the personnel management has been becoming complex, because it hasadopted some new technology. In the beginning, the enterprise personnel files and archives arepapers, the recording and processing of the staff information is also handwritten and in manual,when there are less staffs in the enterprise, this method is feasible. However, when the smallenterprises gradually grow into the big enterprises, the before manual processing will becomevery complicated, then it cannot meet the increasingly large needs of the contemporaryenterprises.In accordance with the design philosophy of the “software engineering” strictly, afterinvestigating the design background and analyzing the needs of the system, this paper choosesthe mode of C/S two layers architecture, uses the C#language to program under the platformof Visual Studio2010, adopts the ADO.NET technology to connect the database built in theSQL Server2005DBMS, designs a clear system frame, tests the whole system, and the wholeprocess is discussed in detail in the thesis.
