| With the development of technology, the work efficiency of people has been gradually improved, the management model of Anqing Vocational and Technical College’s old personnel management system is difficult to adapt to the current operational needs, under the situation of large amounts of data. Because now the automation of office reaches a higher degree, computer and network technology played an increasingly important role in the daily life,the development of a simple and convenient school personnel management system has become an inevitable requirement of the school. A modern school personnel management systems not only helps school reducing cost and improving efficiency, but also allows leaders to more clearly understand the relevant information of staff, and thus draw up more rational personnel information.This paper mainly focus on school personnel management system, elaborating the content of the system needs analysis, outline design, detailed design, system implementation, system testing and other aspects detailedly. Through the development and implementation of a school personnel management system with a low demand for hardware, high scalability, easy maintenance and strong sharing ability, we can handle the difficulty of personnel changes and data processing in school and related enterprises, as well as employee absenteeism, wages, evaluation and other issues. The system is based on the popular B/S mode, through UML modeling language to the needs of the entire system graphical modeling.The system uses JAVA language to development, taking use of JAEE technology, Struts2.0Framework and SQL Server2005for the underlying skeletal structures.By design, implementation and testing, this designed personnel management system can meet the needs of school personnel management, and it is simple, friendly, practical, safe and reliable. System is stable, and receives the recognition of Anqing Vocational and Technical College, which proves to achieve the design goals. |
