With the rapid development of logistics technology, indoor automated guided vehiclesystem-AGV (Automated Guided Vehicle) is playing an increasingly important role in theproduction of highly flexible logistics. The rapid development of electronic products andsome computer tech products, which greatly promoted the AGV toward a more modern,modular direction, so the AGV control center can achieve a better distribution of caroperations, mobilize and real-time monitoring of theAGV car and many other tasks.This paper focuses on a low-cost, low-power indoor positioning technology-ZigBee-based wireless network indoor positioning technology research, while takingadvantage of electronic navigation map ArcGis platform design and development to achieve aprecision on this basis to reach1m within the real-time monitoring system for large-scalemodern factory environment AGV car.This paper’s research work is focused on the following aspects:1. Analysis of the existing various indoor positioning methods,sums up their advantagesan disadvantages and applecable environment.2. analyzes the network topology of ZigBee wireless network technology, choose themost suitable tree network structure of the system. While analyzed the method of usingZ-Stack protocol Stack development projects.3. For a variety of indoor wireless location algorithm for analysis, based on the accuracyof the final feasibility and other considerations, based on RSSI (Received Signal StrengthIndication, received signal strength indication) ranging trilateral positioning algorithm tolocate, at the same time differential correction algorithm to further improve positioningaccuracy, the positioning accuracy of1m or less.4. Using TI’s CC2530ZigBee wireless module built hardware platform positioningsystem.5. Using ArcGis plarform decelopment to make the electronic navigation map,realize theelectronic map of avariety of functions.6. Developed under VB6.0environment SCADA software, developed a complete map ofthe monitoring system, and in the indoor environment to test the system, the positioning accuracy obtained in1m or less.
