Remote monitoring system of Tunnel Boring Machine as an effective tool for shieldconstruction management, are constantly being developed and perfected. Compared with theremote monitoring system of shield machine for whole company system in foreign countries,in domestic market this kind system has focused on the application of a single shield project.However, existing systems have failed to complete informationization management for theshield machine cluster in a number of shield projects. In view of the situation, this paper usesa modular design concept, studied the structure and key technologies of the shield machineremote monitoring system.Based on the requirements analysis, logic model design and database design and TBMresume design, a number of functional modules are been designed and implemented.Ultimately sensor data has been used to data recognition and then achieved the target ofintelligent analysis to the state of Shield Construction.After the system requirements analysis,the entire system has been classified to high-level management systems for whole companyand basic-level management system for TBM, tree diagram are used to expresses the logicalmodel of the system and flow of information; Three database has been established in the datastorage layer in order to save the data table which has been classified by different Object ofData Service, Resume management technology are been integrated into this system and thencompleted the design of resume management scheme for TBM. The relationship between thestate of shield construction and various data in sensor dataset has been achieved through theMultidimensional association analysis, Intelligent analysis algorithm for status of Shieldadvance has been designed and then been programmed. After the analysis of the TBM ondaily maintenance plan, regular maintenance work rules has been made, and maintenancemodule of this system for TBM has been designed and then been programmed to achieve itsfunction. Finally the framework of basic-level management system has been analyzedaccording to its function module. on the basis of this the shield team management module hasbeen designed and been programmed to achieve its function.
