Along with the development of the logistics technology and the expand of thewarehouse scale, the volumes of cargo information becomes more and more big, and thedifficulty of warehouse management also great increase. It puts forward the newrequirements to the system of warehouse management, especially the new demand of thelocation to the goods and equipment in the warehouse. At the same time, due to theadvantages of the high accuracy, non line-of-sight, non-contact and so on, the RFIDtechnology catches more and more attention.Taking the digital warehouse management system of Wuhan tobacco group as thebackground, this thesis expounds the importance of gaining a real-time position in thewarehouse management system, and try to do the visualization technology on the real-timeposition of the forklift.Firstly, the thesis studies the present situation of the application of indoor positioningsystem based on RFID, and put forward the research background, the purpose and thesignificance of the topic. Then it expounds the positioning principle and the positioningmethods of the indoor positioning technology based on RFID, and introduces twocommon indoor positioning systems. Secondly, according to the specific environment ofthe warehouse, which is a big range of indoor positioning environment, after consideringthe positioning accuracy and the operation responsiveness, the thesis puts forward analgorithm, which is based on the fingerprint algorithm and proximity algorithm. The newalgorithm improves some problems while using one algorithm, and use indoor positioningsystem to accomplish the orientation navigation for forklift truck and the quick location togoods. Finally, the thesis takes the architecture of the positioning system based on RFIDin warehouse, including the application layer, the calculation layer, the transport layer andcollection layer, and then fixes up the hardware and develops the software. |
