Throughout the supply chain warehousing plays a vital role,as a connecting linkbetween producers and consumers on the whole logistics system has a great impact.Existing warehouse management system is composed of traditional management systemsand artificial memory combined in this way which is not only time-consuming, anderror-prone, making the commodity storage areas inefficient, causing immeasurable loss tothe enterprise. Therefore, in order to build a more rational and efficient warehousemanagement system, the process of how to deal with all aspects of warehousing is verynecessary.In this study, the traditional warehouse management problems and the status,combined with the use of RFID barcode technology, focus on solving two key issues——both multi-commodity out of storage problems and warehouse inventory managementproblem, a RFID-based warehouse management methods, conduct research to achieveRFID-based warehouse management system.The main contents of the thesis and the results obtained are as follows:①RFID anti-collision out of storage method. Through the traditional RFIDanti-collision algorithm, predict the ID (Identification Prediction Algorithm, IPA)algorithm based on the combination of dynamic tree anti-collision jump (Jumping andDynamic Searching, JDS) algorithm, taking leaps backward query strategy presents aconcise IPA anti-collision algorithms.②RFID-based inventory management optimization model. Through RFID technologyon the quantity of goods inventory updated real-time monitoring, the first time issued atimely replenishment information. While the storage temperature and humidity monitoring,real-time adjustment to make the warehouse temperature and humidity to optimumcondition, to avoid losses due to improper storage.③RFID-based warehouse management system development. System uses B/S andC/S hybrid structure model, based on.NET Framework and VB platform that integrates theaforementioned research IPA anti-collision algorithm and streamline inventoryoptimization management methods, design and development of a complete RFID-basedwarehouse management system.In information technology special fund projects of Anhui Province and supported bythe "12th Five-Year Plan " National Science and Technology Support Program, the resultsof this thesis warehousing-oriented environment for RFID anti-collision algorithm has optimized inventory management-related research in the field which has a certain referencevalue for further build a more efficient and accurate optimization of warehousemanagement system, and it also improves the intelligence level of warehousing operations,has certain theoretical significance and practical value.
