In the process of management,the collection of material information,the dynamics of inventory and the location of materials are the key factors affecting the efficiency in the process of management.The efficiency of the warehouse has a very important influence on the enterprise and its supply chain.When managing goods and materials in warehouse,the business process is rather cumbersome for thousands of massive data such as material category,quantity and type.According to the traditional manual record and data processing analysis,not only will take up more manpower and financial resources,but also cause more errors and errors.And much more time is needed for processing large amounts of data,which will directly affect the production plan and decision making of enterprises.The application of intelligent warehouse management information system will not only reduce the manpower and financial expenses of enterprises,but also improve the management efficiency of warehouse materials.A framework of intelligent warehouse management system based on radio frequency and wireless sensor technology is proposed in order to solve the problem of daily operation in traditional warehouse management in this paper.By researching and analyzing the strategy of warehouse management on the market,the overall function of the system is designed and analyzed on the basis of the actual production demand of the enterprise,and the division of regional modules is carried out.The method of each functional module is optimized,and an intelligent warehouse management system is designed.The whole process of tracking,locating and visualizing safety management of materials can be realized,so that managers and decision-makers can provide regional data sharing in the whole process.The research work of this article mainly includes:1.By analyzing the background and significance of warehouse management,the current research status and level at home and abroad,the main contents,the framework of the whole system and the technical route of the system are put forward.2.A design method based on infinite radio frequency technology,wireless sensor technology,network information technolo gy and computer technology is proposed,which is based on the combined prediction method of exponential linear regression model and RSSI based Gauss weighted centroid combination algorithm.In order to realize the intelligent management of the warehouse,the management module,the inventory management module,the entrance guard safety management module,the PDA function management module,the material warning management module and the material positioning and navigation module are designed in detail.3.According to the proposed research method and the overall functional structure of the system,the overall network platform and development environment of the system are built.Modular function is adopted to realize the general function module of intellige nt warehouse management system,the functional modules of each subsystem and the PDA module of intelligent mobile terminal.
