The personalization, diversity and rapidly changing of user requirements is more characteristic, inthe complex environment of the Internet. The centralized method of scientific papers indexing cannotmeet these requirements well. Therefore, this paper proposes a new system of scientific papers sharingby using social tag technology and combining with the domain ontology. It is the academic publicinstead of the platform staff who index scientific papers. This shares resources of scientific papers bythe wisdom of crowds. Social tagging application of Web2.0can gather large amounts of datainformation. But at the same timeļ¼Œ there are obvious shortcomings: the dispersion of data, thecomplexity and irregularities of the semantic information inside the resources. So, we introduce thedomain ontology technology to regulate resource release process, and apply domain ontology in theprocess of the resources sharing. This paper analyzed the framework of scientific papers sharing method in the Web2.0environment.Then we elaborate on the methods of this system. First of all, a tag recommendation algorithm wasput forward based on the analysis of the scientific papers indexing language and indexing structure. This algorithm combined TOPSIS method and the method of named entity recognition based ondomain ontology technology realizing the semi-automatic process of scientific papers indexing. Thenwe designed a suitable storage mode for the scientific papers sharing system by compared the currentdata management methods. Again, we used the domain ontology technology into the process ofretrieval and classification of scientific papers. The retrieval algorithm optimized and expanded theretrieval needs of the users by the domain ontology. This standardized the semantic information of theretrieval needs. In addition, by parsing scientific paper domain ontology, the classification algorithmdefined a semi-automatic classification model. Finally, this paper built the scientific papers sharing system on the basis of the open source projectDSpace. Also this system used the methods above.
