The Design And Implementation Of University Archives Digitization Management Information System Based On Distributed Architecture

With the implement of information construction of colleges and universities andthe successful operation of digital campus informatization has become an obvioustrend in the development of education in colleges and universities teachingmanagement. College archives digitization is an important part of informatizationand development in colleges and universities. On the one hand, the archives incolleges and universities need to use computer management files, make with paperas the carrier of the archives information into electronic files, the formation of alarge amount of digital archives information; Computer, on the other hand, a largenumber of applications in colleges and universities teaching, scientific research andmanagement work, to produce a large number of electronic files, and then formed inthe form of digital archives information.In this paper, by analyzing the archives digitization management process,induces the digital paper files and electronic records archiving work process.According to the archives management of the industry standard, classifying archives,number, description, using Web Service technology, based on the distributedarchitecture, taking "directory, file storage architecture, file attributes of theinformation in the form of directory data stored in the database, and thecorresponding files of the original file is stored in special storage file server, thecomprehensive archives of archives information and office automation system toproduce the file archives focus to the center, the center archives to reasonable reuse.This article first expounds the archives management of the related standards,and then detailed process for digital archives management of colleges anduniversities, and then introduces the distributed file management technology, andthen according to the detailed design to realize the system test at the same time.Finally, to summarize this article research results and the insufficiency, proposed theprospect for practical application in the future.
