With the rapid development of office automation and information,archives information processing and management gradually completed the digital and information management,how to complete the file management work more quickly and effectively,using modern information technology to develop digital management system of archives is the only way which must be passed.Cloud computing is a new technology,which is proposed on the basis of grid computing,parallel computing and distributed systems.With the rapid growth of various types of data files,a wide variety of structured and unstructured data,to the storage and retrieval of the use has brought a great challenge.Therefore,it is the most important problem to find the needed information quickly and accurately in the massive data.In addition,users are not satisfied with a single query and use of the original data,hoping to get the information and knowledge behind the data.Therefore,it is necessary to provide users with a variety of deep level of knowledge services.How to use the cloud computing technology to build a complete set of digital archives management system is the purpose of this paper.This paper puts forward the construction scheme of a set of digital archives system,HDFS distributed storage technology related technology to realize the distributed storage of lots of electronic documents,improves the scalability of the electronic document storage,improve the file read speed and file security;non relational data HBase application technology,data files save existing into structured data and unstructured data,improve the data can be read,data mining,data analysis and ready to be.
