Design And Implementation Of The IES System From Auto Company Based On J2EE

With the opening of the Auto makert in China,The international famous Auto company and its consolidation supplier opened their factory in China.As the consequence the markert will be more and more in tense.As the profit in Auto makert going down,the Auto company is facing the biggest problem of how to reduce their costthe statistic analysis shows that about70%cost in making a car was the procurement cost.If the procurement cost can be reduced l%,the profit will increase about5%-10%.while the logistics cost is about30%from the procurement cost. Therefore, How to maximum reduce the logistics cost will be a big issue while meet the requirement of manufacture.GHAC energetically explored the improvement approach and devoted themself to improve the competitive strength and establish strategic partnership.making the company growth and survival in the tough competition in the Auto markert.This paper started from the study of management strategy of the import and export part and finished automobile in supply chain of GHAC.Bring a solution to the facing management problem and design an IES system based on the Software Engineering.The system included the fuctions below:Import,Export,LC(letter of credit),AOG(arrival of goods),Customs Declaration,Shipping,Container,Customs inspection information,Integrated query and statistics,System management etc.The main content of this paper is as follow:1. Summarize the current situation of research and application of domestic and international IES software in supply chain domain;2. Discussed the basic Procedure of Import and Export in detail, introduced Customs Declaration model;3. Designed and implemented an IES system with the methods of Object-Oriented Analysis in software engineering and Honda HSDM System Analysis. IES system included the management of all the parts and autos operations in GHAC.
