Design And Implementation Of ERP System For Import & Export Trading Based On Spring Boot

In recent years,with the trading frictions becoming more serious around the world,the import and export trading enterprises have put forward higher requirements for the timeliness and consistency of the information on the supply of goods.ERP system is an enterprise resource planning platform based on a systematic management idea and method,which plays a crucial role in digital economy.The traditional ERP management system improves the operational efficiency by resource integration,but it often lacks specific consideration for import and export trading companies,thus it cannot integrate timely the information of worldwide suppliers.Using lightweight,low coupling and extensible spring boot framework,the thesis designed and implemented an ERP system for import and export trading companies specifically.Based on the traditional ERP system,through the internet,we optimized the purchase and supply processes by connecting the suppliers,trading company and customers together to improve the efficiency of the import and export trading companies.This thesis is based on the internship experience in an US import and export trading company.Following the idea and methodology of software engineering,the thesis analyzed the requirements of the business processing flow of the company and illustrated with a use case diagram and flowcharts;After a full analysis of the requirements,the ERP system was designed in outline,and the system is divided into functional modules,then design in database;Furtherly,for the detailed design of the modules by using class diagram and sequence diagram to describe the core interfaces and methods in each module and the interactions between front-end and back-end in the ERP system.And then,we introduced the implementation and coding details for the ERP system.Finally,during the acceptance,the ERP system was fully tested for functions and performance,and the results were analyzed and visualized.The entire ERP system design and implementation process well followed the principles of software engineering.In the end,we summarized complete thesis,and raised the prospect for the future.
