With the incoming of the economic globalization, the supply chain is now widely used in enterprises management. In order to adapt to the demand that the market has brought forward with the competition, the supply chain management is of more and more importance in enterprises, and it is very important to develop the supply chain management system. New technologies emerge in an endless stream because of the rapid development of information technology, and among those technologies J2EE (Java 2 Enterprise Edition) is the mainstream application for enterprise e-business. The supply chain management system constructed by J2EE is the best way to solve the problem. LION CIP Information System is designed to meet the demand of LION (Qingdao) Ltd.This thesis analyses the development of the supply chain management, reviews the mainstream of the supply chain management method and several existing supply chain management models, meanwhile researches J2EE and system interface technologies. Then the model of supply chain management based on J2EE is built after detailed analysis of the business requirements.The system employed in the thesis adopts a structure of four levels based on the J2EE structure, namely customer layer, Web layer, business logical layer, and enterprise information system layer. The design uses model to decrease the disturbance of the program. RFC and EDI technology is used to transfer data with other systems, thus the system can get data needed in time. Treat diagram as the stage JSP, model for backstage JavaBean. Thus the system requests that carry are lower, can't bring the software that customer carry trouble get stripe, another also guarantee the JAP page coordination with unify, make the system construction very clear, easy maintenance, also and nicely will in front and back the set insulates, guaranteeing the system safety. The system has been put into use with good performance. The practice proves that the system owns the outstanding performance of secure, stable, rapid-development, high performance and easy-extended, etc. The supply chain management system design and development is able to save considerable development and operational costs, enterprise can achieve huge economic benefit.
