Research On Data Warehouse Technologies For Managing Control Of Enterprise Group

There are three types managing control model in modern enterprise group,suchas financial, strategic, operational. In actual, the Group’s parent company based ontheir enterprise management needs to take a variety of modes to molecular companies.At the same time,with the rapid development of information and Internet technologytoday, managing control of enterprise group lies on information more and more.Therefore, the Group’s model of managing control, standards, business processesmust be based on information technology, and with the information of the high degreeof integration.At present, the fierce market competition, the demand is inceasing on Group ’smanaging control. On the one hand, the enterprise group parent must in the shortesttime, in the most efficient and accurate means to obtain market and corporateinformation to make the right business decisions, on the other hand, the Group ’soperating results valuable business information scattered in various molecularcompany’s business systems, not fully and effectively make use of these valuableinformation to operating instructions. This paper proposes using data warehousetechnology to make an integrated application of valuable business informationscattered in each molecular company and using OLAP to analyse Group’soperating activities, provide strong support for the Enterprise Group ’s operatingdecisions. Firstly, this paper reviews the managing control model of enterprisegroup,introduces deficiency of modern managing control activities, analyses supportsthe role of the use of information technology, especially in data warehouse technologyconglomerate control, and comprehensive introduction to the data warehouse and thebasic concept of online analytical processing technology.Secondly, based on the research on Z Pharmaceutical Group,this paper showhow to build the mechanism of a unified group of basic data. According to thedemand of the managing control, it establish the data cube model.Analyzing the datacube can understand the group business activites and draw valuable information, itcan plays the supporting function for the managing control of enterprise group.
