Research On Quality Management Informatization For The Large-scale Real Estate Enterprises

Large-scale of urbanization promote the development of the real estate industry.With the saturation of market in most metropolises, big real estate companies acceleratethe pace of expansion relying on brand and rich experience in projects. It meets therequirements of enterprise development strategies, but also brings challenges to thecompanies, especially on present quality management mode. Quality problems forlarge-scale real estate enterprise attract the attention of customers, the media, and thepublic, which is harmful to the reputation of the enterprise. So the study of qualitymanagement in large-scale real estate enterprises has important practical significance.Scientific quality management relies on all kinds of quality related information andmaterials. Information technology is admitted as a tool to improve the managementefficiency. It is effective to apply the data storage and processing technologies in qualitymanagement with the combination of information technology and quality managementto solve the current problems for large-scale real estate enterprises.Based on the present situation of quality management in real estate industry andliterature review, the author determines the research topic. Then the author identifies thefeatures, difficulties and frequently problems about quality management of large realestate enterprise, and analyzes the reasons. According to the analysis, the author pointsout informatization is the way to improve quality management of large-scale real estateenterprises. With comparison of information technology application in qualitymanagement between domestic and international companies and full study of theproblems and current plans of informatization by these enterprises, the authorconcentrates on implementation of informatization and brings up the concept ofinformation platform of quality management innovatively. Finally, the paper focuses onthe designing ideas and modules of the platform. The author specifically describes thedesigning ideas of four sub-platforms: project guidelines platform, quality resourceplatform, contractor and sub-contractor platform and customer management platform,specifically analyzes the working process and considerations in platform developmentwork. Then reaches the conclusion and raises up future research prospects.
