Research On Identification And Evaluation Of Informatization Risks Of Large Enterprises

Chinese enterprise informatization experienced from ERP,Internet to cloud computing Internet+,big data.There must be informational support behind the strategic management of the enterprise.Modern large-scale enterprises involve many fields,a wide range of operations,complex organizational structures,and abstract business needs.Without a strong information platform as a support,companies cannot cope with the fierce international competition,so how to fully indentify the information risks in the new environment has become the core of information construction.Larger-scale enterprise information construction in the context of the cloud computing and big data are the construction of cloud platforms,the construction of big date centers and the construction of financial sharing service centers.These information projects involve multiple information systems,multiple departments and multiple companies which is no longer just the construction of an information system.If enterprises cannot comprehensively indentify and evaluate the risks in the information construction process,it is difficult to form a valuable information chain.Therefore,the research on the indentification and evaluation of large-scale enterprise informatization risk has important theoretical and practical significance.Firstly,based on the significance of the large-scale enterprises,the necessity of large enterprise informatization construction and the significance of the informatization risk management research to explain the background,the research methods and research content of this paper.Secondly,reviewing the theory of risk management and the literature on the research of informatization risk management.Analyzing the insufficiency of information risk management at the current stage,and then putting forward the viewpoint of this paper.Next,based on the analysis of the status quo of large-scale enterprise informationization and the literature analysis method,decomposition analysis method,and company interviews,the risks faced by the large-scale enterprise informatization construction from the perspective of top management and from the two layers of the strategic and project layers identified.Thirdly,assumptions are made on the potential risk factors of large-scale enterprise informatization,and the major risk factors of the information-based strategic layer are divided into three aspects: informatization strategic planning risk,external environmental risk,and internal environmental risk.The main risk factors in the information project layer are divided into three aspects: project risk,information system risk,and project-related personnel risk,and a corresponding risk assessment index system is established.Then,a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model based on analytic hierarchy process was constructed to conduct multi-level comprehensive evaluation of the risk of large-scale enterprise information construction.Finally,this article takes Yunnan Energy Investment Group Co.,Ltd.as a case(referred to as energy investment)for empirical research,uses an evaluation model to evaluate the risk of its information construction,and verifies the validity of the evaluation model based on whether the evaluation results are in line with reality and accuracy.
