With the development of electronic information technology, FPGA technology in thefield of data collection has been widely used. Receiving and processing data in high-speedreal-time data acquisition system has great significance, the value of high speed in many areasincreasingly be reflected. For example, changes very rapidly in power transmission, explosions and other special occasions, temperature, pressure and other physical parameters, monitor and measure these quantities, we need a high sampling rate of the data acquisitionsystem. Internal high-speed data acquisition system needs to be implemented by high-speedlogic circuits. Due to the ability of parallel processing FPGA. Therefore, this paper uses theFPGA as the core control devices.FPGA (field programmable gate array) with high-speed, high integration and highreliability features, this paper designed a high-speed data acquisition system based on FPGA,using Xilinx-V5series FPGA hardware platform built to FPGA as the core of the controlsystem, the A/D converter data to complete the AD conversion, to be stored and transmitted.CCS program control transfer instructions via DSP serial port sent to the FPGA, and thenquery the FPGA FIFO state, when half full inquiry into the state, that is to start reading datafrom the FIFO, to send data to the serial port. FPGA DSP control register read and writeoperations are completed. The design of the high-speed data acquisition system with a sampling rate, high precision, large memory capacity, upload speed and other characteristics, sampling methods for parallelalternating real-time sampling, the use of two sampling rate of250MSPS A/D convertersampling along a parallel alternating signal,500MSPS sampling rate, sampling accuracy up to16bits, collection points for1~25K, with hardware accumulation function, the cumulativenumber of1~250K, the bandwidth of200KHz, signal input range6dBm (±632mV), can bewidely used for data acquisition rate, accuracy, high storage capacity required in the field ofmulti-channel signal acquisition.
