In the social production, temperature control is applied more and more widely. The effect oftemperature control has a great influence on the whole system. The traditional temperature controlused PID widely. Because of its convenient use, PID control is still widely used in industrialcontrol, especially for some systems which can accurately establish the mathematical model.However for some inconvenience to obtain accurate mathematical model of object, it will bedifficult to achieve the expected control effect, if continue using classical PID. Based on the aboveproblems, this paper studies the application of a new type of control scheme, and I carry it out ontheARM systemto meettherequirementsofmanufacturers.This paper first describes the temperature controller and temperature control strategy researchstatus and development trend of domestic and foreign. Then the temperature control object systemcharacteristic is studied, including the establishment process of the temperature control systemmodel and the method of first order delay link parameter determined from the step responsemethod.After studying various advanced PID strategies, I merge expert control and fuzzy PID controlof expert-fuzzy PID control. Then I carry these two control strategies on MATLAB simulation.Fromthesimulationresults,theexperts-fuzzyPID hasbettercontrol quality.Finally, the specific design of the system is researched. ARM-based intelligent temperaturecontroller is composed of hardware and software systems. The core of the hardware is LPC2136ARM processor, periphery consists of V/F temperature acquisition circuit, output control circuit,LCD circuit, key circuit, memory circuit, Serial and USB communication circuit. During thesehardware circuit design process, I also do some anti-jamming design for the interference source.Software is based on embedded operating system μC/OS-II system. After describes the tailoringand migration process of embedded operating system μC/OS-II, this paper then narrates thesoftware tasks division and implementation process. User tasks include temperature acquisitiontask, output control task, menu task, key task, etc. Besides, the system LCD display menu isdesigned by the embedded graphical interface μC/GUI with good interactivity. Finally, some of theproblems do exist in the development process are discussed and some related works in the futureareprospected.
