With the quick development of science and technology, the industrial process becomes more complex. It causes that the math model of control object is difficultly described exactly. The traditional control theory is incompetent because of its excessive dependence on ideal and exact math model of object. Its localization is increasing. At this time, the intelligent control technology is developing rapidly and changing our thought and concept in control field. Contrary to the traditional control, the aim of the intelligent control is the controller itself, not the object.We've done some research in the development of intelligent control technology, such as fuzzy control, expert system, and so on, finished some simulation and application based on temperature of the artificial weather room. It proves that the fuzzy controller based on the rules of experts is effective on the nonlinear, indefinite and inertial system. The thesis mainly discusses the hardware design of computer control system based on the 80C196KC, the programming of software, the realization of functions and the scheme of solving problem in the scene. Moreover, the paper also discusses some methods on the stability and reliability, and designs a self-tuning fuzzy controller based on the rules of experts. The thesis consists of seven chapters. In chapter one and chapter two, the basic circs of the project and its design scheme are introduced. In chapter three, the theory of expert system and fuzzy control are introduced, as well as the design approaches of expert-fuzzy controller. In chapter four and chapter five, the thesis maily discusses the design of hardware and software programming. In chapter six and chapter seven, the emphasis is the conclusion and experience in the course of debugging.The running and debugging result indicates that the system has high operating reliability, especially in a long and uninterrupted time, good tracking property, high precision, small overshoot and operating convenience. This proves enough that the control scheme is reasonable, and the arithmetic is effective.
