Hot Drawing Roller Temperature Control Based On Expert System Research

This dissertation is devoted to controlling and detecting the temperature of a drawroll by setting up a temperature control expert model .If this method is adopted ,we can know the drawroll's temperature by means of detecting the current through heating coil ,but not using Pt resistance.This dissertation is made up of three parts: sampling, communication and controlling .In sampling part , we design a data acquisition system in which a single-chip microcomputer serve as controlling core with 12-hit Analog to Digital convertor , so we can acquire a lot of data through the system .In controlling part , a mathematic model of drawroll temperature detecting and controlling is built , through regress analyse to the sampling data above mentioned .Then we will acquire a expert system which is adopt to the temperature controlling of darwroll by way of the debugging the whole system . In the communication part ,by means of the debugging the serial communication between the single-chip microcomputer and PC , so that we can make the system completing many functions in PC , such as setting controlling temperature and each controlling parameter , and inspecting real--time temperature of drawroll.
