With the rapid development of the national economy, driving demand for siliconmanganese alloy increases, but our batching system can’t satisfy the production of automationand continuous.So according to current situation of silicon manganese alloy, this systeminvolves a set of silicon manganese furnace recipe management and batching control system,in order to realize the automation of production process, improve the batching accuracy, andenhance the ability of human-computer interaction.This paper discusses on formula calculation and batching system development trend,from the production of silicon manganese alloy smelting process is analyzed, on the designcalculation formula and ingredients on the overall scheme of the control system.This paper based on the status quo of silicon manganese furnace calculation formula, theprinciple of combining silicon manganese furnace calculation formula, and the formula tocalculate the basis, the experience and methods, gives a recipe management system based onVB, realize the automatic calculation of formula and data management capabilities.This paper is analyzed in view of the mistake of ingredients, in order to improve thecontrol precision of the system, proposed fuzzy PID control algorithm, described in detail theprinciples and structure of fuzzy PID controller. In this paper, by using fuzzy control toolboxof MatLab software to design a fuzzy PID controller, the Simulink platform to buildsimulation system, verify the feasibility of the fuzzy PID control.This paper in view of the silicon manganese furnace ingredients in actual productionprocess, determine of hardware system, controlled by industrial computer and PLCcombination of overall structure, make the batching control system can realize the process ofweighing, ingredients according to production requirements.According to the need of control system of PC software, using VB6.0and Access2003database, to achieve the ingredient recipe management system,data management.
