With the development of the network, as well as the popularity of distanceeducation, the Project-based Learning Website as one of the main channel of thenetwork learning, its usability issues get more and more attention. Project-basedLearning Website’s design is different from the traditional website, it should be simple, comfortable and refined, to facilitate the education information transfer principle.Necessary to meet the aesthetic principles of fusion, but also with the teaching systemdesign principle in one, where navigation is particularly important."Availability" hasbecome the basic elements of the website successful future. Website usability evaluationand usability issues are become website developing, upgrading, revision stage’sessential part.In this study, combined with the availability theory and special learning websitenavigation design aims to solve the problem, which Project-based Learning Websitenavigation design gradually exposed. Such as navigation name is vague, navigationstructure is not enough systematic, so users can not achieve learning objectives.Research methods used in this study include: literature study, questionnaire andexperimental method. First, through the reading of the relevant literature, understand ofthe Project-based Learning Website’s theory and academic research status at home andabroad website. Then investigate current situation of Project-based Learning Website’snavigation design, design, payment and recovery questionnaire. Based on the analysisof the survey results, offer some suggestions. And by the availability of experiments toexplore the factors that affect the efficiency of learning in navigation, combine with dataanalysis, and Put forward the improvement strategy. The results of this study included:1.Learn current situation of Project-based Learning Website’s navigation design, analyse of the existing problems, and put forward strategy;2.Analyse Learning Website learner characteristics and factors that affect learning;3.Explore the factors that affect learning in Project-based Learning Websitenavigation design through the availability of experimental, understand the differentnavigation availability by controlling the variables, and understand the impact ofdifferent gender and same navigation availability. Combined with data analysis, anddraw some improvement strategies.4.Availability of experimental use in the analysis of the chemical LearningWebsite Case. Comments design and gain experience by observing users use the site tolearn.
