Research And Development Of Hardware And Software For Vibration Testing System

With the development of electronic technology, computer technology and relatedtechnology, vibration testing technology is widely used in various fields. This paperstudies the basic principle of vibration testing system of existing and its basiccomponents, development in the vibration test of the hardware and software ofvibration testing system. Vibration testing system is developed; the vibration test usedin the vibration test, and achieved good results. The research contents of this paper are：①The basic theory and components of vibration testing system were introduced,and the virtual instrument technology was also introduced briefly.②The realization of hardware selection and design of the vibration test systemwas stated. On the basis of the acquisition of vibration signal, the signal conditioningcircuit composed of constant current source circuit, adaptive ant aliasing filter, AC andDC coupling circuit and speed sensor was designed according to the characteristics ofvibration signal.Complete data acquisition and then the hardware part of the vibrationtest system was built completely.③The vibration testing system software was developed by using LabVIEW as thesoftware development platform. The software can achieve the function of dataacquisition, storage, display, analysis and processing. In the aspect of signal processing,the envelope analysis，the order envelope signal analysis and acceleration integral wereintroduced in detail.④The vibration test system as designed above was used to acquire vibration data.Compared with the acquisition effect, comparative experiment was made to analyzethe vibration signal on the time domain and frequency domain in detail. Theexperimental results show that the system can achieve the vibration test requirementsperfectly. This vibration test system has better practicability and effectiveness.Finally, comparative experiments were carried out to develop the test system ofvibration data acquisition effect, respectively from the time domain and frequencydomain are analyzed in detail, the effectiveness of vibration test system is designed andverified the feasibility. Then the vibration test system designed to test experiment ofrolling bearings, the experimental results show that the system can achieve therequirement of vibration test, and achieved good results, fully embodies the practicalityand effectiveness of the vibration test system.
