In this paper a kind of analysis and processing software system with multi-channels, high-speed and large memory for dynamic signals in the vibration fields was discussed according to previous research results and virtual instruments model.The system combined the complementary advantages of RS-485 with good features on long distance communication and against noise and USB, which processes high-speed transforming and plug & play capacities. And the structure to realize the joint communication system was given.This project was aiming to process signals in low frequency ranging from 0.1 Hz to 1k Hz, which focus on the analysis method on surface spectrum besides those usual ways such as aptitude, time and frequency fields. The system took GUI programming platform based on LabVIEW with model and structure design principles and the virtual instrument thought that looks software as instruments. The system included those modules such as configuration, communication, real-time collecting and display, signal analysis and processing, processing on surface spectrum, database management & report and figure display. The software with friend and easy operating interfaces renovated the traditional vibration detecting system on point lattice to line lattice in two dimensions and even in three dimensions to offer an effective tool for signal detecting, faults diagnosis and on-line monitoring in the vibration fields.
