After30years’-development, TV entertainment show has been one of the threemost audience favorite programs, which always on the top of rating list, the others arenews and soap opera. Behind the thriving development of television entertainmentsection, however, increasingly malpractices are appeared and cause audience’sresentment and criticism. In the case, the SARFT issued comments on the regulation oftelevision entertainment rectification column in2011and2013,which be called “Thelimit entertainment order” and the more powerful order. Under this context,this paperdo some research with the hope to provided some useful suggestion to the entertainmentshow.This paper can be divided into5parts.Part1is introduction. This part introduces the context and meaning of the research.Meanwhile, build its theory of reference for this study by the collation of the relevantliterature. At the same time, Part1introduces the innovation and difficulty of this paper.Part2is about the concept, history and current situation of TV entertainment show.Based on this situation,the writer summaries the problems of TV entertainment show.Part3introduces “The limit entertainment order” and interprets its contents.This part also overviews the measures of some shows to “The limit entertainmentorder”.Part4uses the theory of “Uses and gratifications” and AISAS to analyze<Where are we going? Dad!>. Before the case study, the paper analyzes the feasibilityof combining the two theories.The last part uses the SWOT to analyze the environment of the entertainment show.On this basis, the paper propose some ways to grab the audience’s attention andmaintain a good development.
