Reality show mode on TV use a very broad, and have achieved some success. In recent years,the reality show is also broadcast a remarkable skill, it breaks the program formats the originalbroadcasting stiff to achieve a true positive interaction of the radio program, broadcastingprogram innovation and development of a paradigm. The new program form of "Reality show"has been landing in the broadcast media, but the mention of "reality TV" is still very naturalequivalent to the "reality TV show", some people even deny the existence of “reality broadcast”.Therefore it is necessary to define more clearly the different concepts of “reality show”,“realityTV”, and “reality broadcast”, will greatly promote the transition and development of the radioshow; to discuss the development of broadcast reality show "dynamic; analysis of the shape andimpact of radio and reality show; face up to the present predicament of broadcast reality show;proposed reform strategies of broadcast reality show; to provide a reasonable path for thedevelopment of broadcasting in transition.Presently, under the environment of pan-entertainment, the development of the reality TV,the characteristics of broadcast and the development of new broadcasting technologies all lay agood foundation for the development of “reality broadcast”. However, many problems exposedwith the emergence of “reality broadcast”, such as directly copying the development mode of TVreality show with any innovation, advocating wrong values, prying into the privacy, lack ofbrand awareness, low level of program operations and so on,these problem all seriously restrictthe rapid development of radio reality show. To this end, fundamental changes must be from the following aspects: firstly, onlyinnovation can promote the development of “reality broadcast”, without copy from the TVreality show; secondly, reality is the life of “reality broadcast”, and we should focus on acombination of both entertainment experience and reality;also, we should establish a brandconcept, build our own brand, develop the core competitiveness in order to attract a group ofloyal fans; lastly, we should use the new media to broadcast the program,such as microblog,twitter, so we can expand the influence of “reality broadcast”. We should strengthen managementand self-discipline in order to ensure the healthy development of broadcast reality show.
