Design And Development Of Management Information System Upon The Purchase, Sales And Stock Of Parts

As the information technology increasingly applies to the management, technically, the application of management information system has gradually become mature. Management information system is a new growing discipline since whichever organization wants to exist and even develop and to organize the inner activities efficiently must set up the management information system compliant with its characters.The present paper shows the process of developing the parts purchase, sales and stock management sub-system in the management information system of Changsheng Motor Sales Service Co. Ltd, Baoding City by means of adopting the strategy of top-to-bottom general planning and bottom-to-top development as well as application against the background of Visual Basic6.0. The paper builds up a set of applicable and effective plans of computer-managing parts purchase, sales and stock management sub-system, combining the current ways and rules of management in the corporation and analyzing its deficits in management. The paper introduces the system analysis part including feasibility analysis, business flow analysis and so forth, and the system design part including system function design, database design and code design. The paper also presents the design method of using SOCKET in the whole set of system to encrypt C/S system application program.
