As one of the important infrastructure of city,drainage pipe network task is to collect and transport city sewage,rainfall and snowmelt,has the dual role of protect the environment and reduce urban disaster.In recent years,with the continuous expansion of city underground drainage pipe network fast development produced a huge and complicated network data and graphics data,city management is increasingly complicated,also increasing requirements for management means.Establish modern urban drainage pipe network management system,implementation of drainage pipe network of scientific management is the inevitable trend of development.Drainage pipe network management cannot leave the support and auxiliary of information,Geographic Information System(GIS)integrating graphics and database management,it becomes an indispensable technical mean of municipal administration departments because of its powerful data processing,analysis and management function,therefore,use GIS build urban drainage pipe network GIS system,can easily access,store,display and management of city information,for the urban drainage pipe network in the efficient operation and scientific decision-making provides a useful tool.System development using the data layer,logic layer,application layer three layer architecture in order to reduce the system coupling,ensure the relative independence between each layer and flexibility.And use the maturity of C/S mode,the realization of GIS for spatial graphical data editing,analysis,processing and other processing business,ensure transmission for quick response.Network data is divided into spatial data and attribute data,and to pass filtering,sorting and inspection data,are stored in the corresponding spatial database and attribute database,data in the database must carry on the reasonable layered,stratified storage calls,and to establish the connection between the two databases.For the widespread urban drainage pipe network in the management of the network data dispersed,such as poor overall planning,backward detection technology,and combining the underground drainage pipe network management present situation and the development needs,Shenyang Hunnan Metro Games Village for the study,in Visual Studio 2010 development environment,Visual C#programming language use of ArcGIS based platform for secondary development,combined with the Oracle 10 g large spatial database,ArcSDE spatial data engine and ArcGIS development of component technology,designed a set of scientific and efficient urban drainage pipe network management system.GIS unique visual expression and its powerful ability of spatial data management analysis for the urban drainage pipe network's efficient operation and scientific decision-making provides a useful tool,with geographic information as a link to the relevant information of the whole system integrated into a unified visual information management system platform to achieve information sharing,and ensure the normal operation of the urban drainage pipe network,improve the comprehensive management level.Really realize the planning and design,operation maintenance,comprehensive analysis and assistant decision-making of automation and scientific.
