National information strategy has been clearly put forward the goal ofinformation technology to stimulate industrialization, information technology hasbecome indispensable conditions to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises. Afteryears of information technology continue to be invested in information technology, agroup has made a lot of achievements. At present, Due to historical reasons there are alot of scattered internal data between corporate entities and industry bodies, there isthe phenomenon of information silos on subordinate units and between differentdepartments of the same enterprise, to varying degrees, likely to result in inaccuratedata inconsistent caliber, information sharing difficult, and cannot fully reflect thebusiness dynamic. It is not useful for business decision analysis, informationconstruction generally stays at the operational level, far from management level, anddata resources have not been fully utilized. Building a data center becomes a toppriority. In the development process, the enterprise has accumulated a large amount ofbusiness data, the data warehouse technology has become an important means for dataprocessing, integration and statistical analysis, and ETL (Extraction, Transform anLoad) technology is is an important process and means to built data warehouses.Byimplementing ETL process, it can establish channels for enterprise data integration, link various business Systems and heterogeneous data sources, provide a complete, unified and unambiguous data resources to external applications, to meet enterprisedata integration, exchange, share and publish needs. The thesis is based on the enterprise’s information strategy. It proposes a set ofrelatively advanced ETL management program. At first, it introduces the backgroundof this subject. Also it makes a thorough introduction of the process of businessmanagement, and makes a distinction between functional demands and non-functionaldemands. The thesis provides the overall design of the project; identified the system’simplementation tools and techniques; Describes the implementation process of thesystem, through implementing the system testing and deployment, it ensures thesmooth operation of the system.
