Realization And Application Of The Office Automation System Based On Workflow

With the development of the information network, information resources and categories are greatly abundant, making the need for sharing knowledge and information increasingly prominent. In recent years, with the expanding scale of colleges and universities, the management load and difficulty in teaching, scientific research and administrative affairs also increase accordingly. In order to promote the comprehensive management level of school affairs and the effective utilization of resources, the universities are introducing such modern technology means as the computer and network to raise the routine efficiency and facilitate the paperless and mobile office, therefore making the office business digital, networking and mobile. Office management efficiency has gradually become one of the important measures of school information construction level. Office automation system plays a decisive role in propelling information construction..With the setting on the office automation system of digital campus under construction in Jiangxi University of Technology, this paper made research on the design, realization and application of office automation system based on the workflow.With focus on the office automation system and the concept and development of workflow, the research work of this paper can be summarized as follows:1、 This paper describes relevant theory and technology of the workflow, and puts forward a set of effective workflow management subsystem, giving formality description and its implementation; and the practice of collaborative office system based on workflow management subsystem is introduced in detail.2、 The paper discusses architecture design of office automation system, classification of system function modules, design of system security, as well as design and coding of database table, etc. through the practical problems arising from office automation system construction in Jiangxi University of Technology. With office business management as an example, it probes into the design and implementation of a prototype system and the test shows that the design of the office automation system is reasonable and feasible.The office automation system has been used in Jiangxi University of Technology online and received positive and favorable comments.
