| The operation efficiency of logistics system has direct influence on the efficiency of the whole system. For the centralized recovery in the Olympic venues, because of its special properties and special operation method, most of the work mainly relies on artificial and semi-mechanization to do, a reasonable recovery scheme has extremely important function in improving the logistics efficiency. It can lighten the workers' amount of labor and reduce workers' labor intensity while improving the logistics efficiency.This paper mainly introduced the research process using the software flexsim as a research tool. It included the simulation modeling, the result analysis, the plan optimization and the improvement as well as the plan comparison and the summary to the plan. Firstly, the paper demonstrated the simulation technology'importance and its effectiveness in the filed of logistics research from the characteristics of system simulation. Secondly, it determined the handling routes and handling units through analyzing the characteristics of the materials distribution, the necessary of recovery, the factor of centralized recovery making use of the general simulation strategy and steps based on the system simulation theory. Thirdly, it designed the initial recovery plan according to the handling routes and handling units. Finally, it modeled the initial plan and experimented on the model with the software flexsim.The paper found the problems of initial plan itself by analyzing the results of simulation. About these problems existed in initial plan, the paper obtained a better program through continuous adjustment of the distribution of the recovery tasks and real-time monitoring of the simulation operation, the paper also designed two emergency programs and obtained their advanced plans in order to avoid the logistics resources can not be used fully. |
