The thesis focuses on analysis and research for development and features of blog. Itintroduces the discussion on the idea-expressing function of blog in public opinion events andillustrates case studies of formation and development of public opinion event in blogidea-expression in order to reflect the function of blog. On basis of above mentioned analysisand research, it probes in guiding and administrating strategies for blog idea-expression.
